When the vegetables become transparent, add the champagne, cut into quarters, in a pan and fry the mushrooms for ten minutes, stirring constantly. Then pour in the pan wine and a hundred grams of broth. Bring all this to a boil, then pour the resulting frying pan into a skillet to the ribs. Cover the sheet to remove short ribs of fat with foil or a suitable lid and place in an oven heated to degrees for about an hour.

After that, reduce the oven temperature to degrees and bake the dish for two hours. Beef ribs in red wine combine perfectly with mashed potatoes. You can also cook beef ribs. Spread pickled beef ribs on top. Cover the baking sheet well with foil or a lid. Put the dish in the preheated oven for about an hour and a half. After about an hour, it will be necessary to remove the foil and then bake the ribs.

Am copt intai rosiile si vanata. Dupa ce s-au racit putin le-am curatat de coaja, iar vinetele le-am lasat la scurs.

Ceapa si usturoiul le-am curatat, spalat si taiat pestisor.

Intr-un vas incins am turnat uleiul si am adaugat ceapa si usturoiul sa se caleasca putin.

Am adaugat carnea de porc taiata cubulete, am amestecat si am stropit cu putina apa. Am acoperit vasul cu un capac, pentru a lasa carnea sa se inabuse usor.

Vanata am taiat-o cubulete iar rosiile felii, dupa care le-am adaugat peste carne.

Cum vanata si rosiile sunt gata coapte, am lasat destul de putin mancarea pe foc, doar cat sa se patrunda carnea de gustul legumelor.

Am condimentat cu baza mirodenia si un praf de chilli.

La final am adaugat busuioc proaspat pentru ca ador aroma lui.

Si pentru ca mi s-a parut potrivit, am pus linga si un pahar de vin rosu :).


Tocăniță cu cartofi și carne de porc – o mâncare delicioasă, pe placul tuturor

Tocanita cu cartofi si carne de porc are un gust delicios. Daca vrei sa o incerci, foloseste reteta de mai jos. Vei obtine o tocanita foarte buna, pe care vei dori sa o faci mai des. Salveaza reteta!

Necessary ingredients:

  • 1 kg carne de porc taiata in bucatele
  • Ulei de floarea soarelui sau untura de porc pentru prajirea carnii
  • 2 cepe mari, 2 linguri bulion
  • 1 lingura Vegeta, 1 lingurita paprika, 1 kg cartofi
  • Sare si piper dupa gust, marar sau patrunjel tocat

Cum se prepara tocanita cu cartofi si carne de porc?

Mai intai decojim cartofii si ii taiem in cubulete. Decojim apoi ceapa si o tocam marunt.

Punem intr-o cratita mare putina untura de porc sau ulei de floarea soarelui. Dupa ce se incinge, adaugam carnea de porc si o rumenim bine pe ambele parti. Adaugam apoi ceapa tocata. O calim bine. Turnam apoi apa in cratita cat sa acopere carnea.

Lasam sa fiarba. Reducem temperatura si acoperim cratita cu un capac. Cand carnea de porc este aproape frageda, adauga cartofii taiati cubulete, bulionul, Vegeta, paprika, sare si piper dupa gust.

Amestecam bine pentru a se combina ingredientele. Adaugam mai multa apa daca este necesar. Reducem temperatura, acoperim cratita cu un capac si fierbem tocanita pana cand carnea si cartofii sunt gatiti bine.

Tocam patrunjelul sau mararul. Luam tocanita de pe foc si adaugam unul dintre aceste 2 ingrediente (la alegere). Servim tocanita cu cartofi si carne de porc cu mamaliga fierbinte sau paine proaspata.
