Ingredients for making a chocolate cake "Minute"

  1. Croquet type cookies 200 grams

Making a Minute Chocolate Cake:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.

First, grind the cookies by hand, then the nuts. Cut white chocolate into small pieces and set aside. Finely chop the dark chocolate or break it into pieces.

Step 2: Cook the creamy mixture.

Pour cream into a small bucket, put on a small fire. Then put butter and honey. Stir thoroughly and constantly, bring the mixture to a boil and completely dissolve the butter.

Step 3: Mix the ingredients.

Place the crushed dark chocolate in a bowl. Then pour the hot creamy mixture into it. Stir until chocolate is completely dissolved. Then add previously prepared cookies, white chocolate and nuts, mix everything thoroughly. Pour the finished mass into a detachable form (with a diameter of about 20 cm), previously covered with a special foil or cling film.

Step 4: Serve the Minute Chocolate Cake.

Put the cake mold in the refrigerator for solidification for at least 3 hours. Then remove it from the mold, transfer to a dish and sprinkle cocoa powder on top. Cut into portions and serve as a dessert to the table. Good appetite!

- - You need to store such a cake only in the refrigerator, otherwise it will soften and lose its shape and its original taste.

- - Try to buy nuts in the shell, as it is it that protects the kernel from the harmful effects of oxygen and light. Without it, nuts are less healthy.

- - Choose butter containing 25% vegetable fats. This will help maintain lipid balance.

- - This dessert has a fairly high calorie content. The low protein content in the dish does not contribute to muscle building, so it does not need to be included in the diet for weight loss.

- - This cake is shown to people suffering from a lack of animal fats, vitamins, proteins, trace elements in the diet.
