Step 2: Prepare aromatic butter with herbs.Add finely chopped greens and softened butter to a plate with already squeezed garlic. Do not forget to add salt, and after all the ingredients are together, mix them properly to get a homogeneous creamy mass. We unfold a sheet of foil or parchment on the table and put our fragrant oil on it. We fold the sheet with a roll or a whetstone and send it to the freezer for 15 minutes, so that the oil solidifies properly. Fragrant butter with herbs is ready for further use!
