Cooking stewed tilapia with vegetables:

Step 1: take the tilapia fillet.

We take the thawed tilapia fillet, carefully wash it under running water, dry it with a paper towel. Then salt a little on both sides and pepper a little. Take half the lemon and squeezing the juice, sprinkle the fillet with it. After that, leave our filet in a bowl on 5 minutes soak in lemon juice.

Step 2: prepare the filet for stewing.

At the end of 5 minutes of pickling with a slice of fillet in lemon juice, you will need to properly roll each slice of it in flour or breadcrumbs. To make this convenient, pour the flour into a flat plate and roll each piece on all sides. Heat the oil pan on the stove. When the oil is quite hot - put all the pieces in a pan. The main thing is, as soon as you put the fish in a frying pan - immediately screw the fire on a slow one, otherwise the fish can burn out in 1 minute. By the way, you can additionally sprinkle fish with spices, for example, a ready-made seasoning for fish.

Step 3: preparing and slicing vegetables.

While the meat begins to fry, take and peel the garlic and onions. Finely chop the garlic on the board, and chop the onion into small rings. Thoroughly washed potatoes should be boiled "in their skins" (in the skin), but they should only be half ready, so you should boil them no longer than 10-15 minutes. Finely chop the dill or other herbs, pour them into a small bowl and mix with olive oil. Separately, we take the cheese and three on a coarse grater, and then put the shabby cheese on a separate plate.

Step 4: fry the fish.

Tilapia fillets should be fried on both sides 2-4 minutes each from each side. Try to turn over a piece of fillet in time to avoid burning. When you see that the fillet has turned golden - immediately put finely chopped garlic on top and cover all with onion rings. After that, you should close the pan with a lid so that the meat begins to stew.

Step 5: form and fill the forms.

At this time we make foil molds. In them, then we will stew fish and vegetables. Since we have three fillets, there will be forms too 3 pieces. Then we take the tomatoes and cut them into circles. We steal our fillet in the molds and put tomato mugs on top and lightly salt it. On top of the tomatoes we put the onion, sliced ​​in circles. Pre-cut potatoes should be laid out next to the fish, but not on it! Top with fish and onions, pour mayonnaise, and potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with herbs. After that, sprinkle everything with cheese. Preheat the oven on 200 degrees, put in the middle a baking sheet with tins and simmer everything in the oven about 15-20 minutes.

Step 6: serve the stewed tilapia with vegetables.

When our dish is ready you can immediately serve it on the table, right in the molds. If desired, all this can be carefully laid out with a wooden spatula on a serving dish and served with a side dish. As a side dish, you can chop fresh vegetables, or squash caviar, or green peas.
