Preparation of cardamom tincture:

Step 1: combine vodka and cardamom.

A few words about cardamom. This type of spice helps with poor digestion, colds, bronchitis, bloating, migraines and many other diseases. It also has the ability to remove poisons and toxins from the human body. Cardamom tincture is very useful. Cooking it will not be difficult. Take a container in which you will insist a drink and thoroughly rinse it under running water. In my case, this is a liter jar with a plastic lid. On a stove included, put on a strong level a kettle with ordinary running water and bring to a boil. We scald the washed jar and the plastic lid with boiling water and allow them to dry. Open a bag containing cardamom grains, and measure 4 grams of spice on a kitchen scale. Now the main thing is accuracy, since a large amount of this seasoning can not only help, but also cause harm, do not add cardamom more than what is written in the recipe. Put in a sterilized jar 4 grams cardamom, open a bottle of vodka and pour it into a jar of spice. We need vodka 500 milliliters for this drink, it should be ne less than 40 degrees. We close the jar with a plastic lid, so that it fits snugly against its neck and so that the alcohol vapors contained in the vodka cannot evaporate. We put vodka with cardamom in a dark place on 2 - 3 days and let it brew.

Step 2: boil the syrup.

Cook light syrup. We turn on the stove to a strong level, put a kettle with running water on it and bring it to a boil. We take a deep pan, rinse it under running water, scald it with boiling water from the kettle, let it dry and pour it into it 500 milliliters pure distilled water. Bring the water to a boil on a stove, turned on to a strong level, using a measuring cup, pour it into a pan with water 300 grams sugar and dissolve it. It turned out sweet water, it is called "light syrup" and is often used to prepare various types of tinctures. Cool the syrup to room temperature.

Step 3: filter and combine the ingredients.

On a stove included, put on a strong level a kettle with running water and bring it to a boil. After the water has boiled, remove the kettle from the stove, take a watering can, two glass floor liter bottles with roofs tightly adjacent to their neck and sterilize them in boiling water. We take a clean sterile bandage, cut it off 20 centimeters and fold the bandage in half. Take a cooled “light syrup” and pour it into a sterilized bottle through a watering can, half in each. In each bottle approximately 250 grams syrup. We do not remove the watering can from the bottle, put a sterile bandage folded in half on its bottom, we must strain the tincture so that there are no grains in it. Vodka, with cardamom infused in it, open and quickly pour into a watering can. We pour an aperitif until almost the whole bottle is filled. When 3 to 4 centimeters of free space remains to the surface, remove the watering can and immediately insert it into the second sterilized bottle, and close the lid with the aperitif that was poured into it. It should fit snugly to the neck of the bottle. We take a second clean bottle with a watering can inserted in it, open the bottle with tincture and repeat the entire previously performed operation - pour it, tightly close it. When you filter the finished tincture, it must be done quickly, since the alcohol vapor in the vodka can evaporate and the tincture will not be strong enough, which will naturally spoil its taste and reduce its healing properties. Shake the bottles with tincture for a minute of this time, it is enough that the syrup mixes with the infused vodka. We give the finished drink a couple of days to stand with syrup in a dark, cool place. Before use, cool the tincture in refrigerators until -6 - 8 degreesin. Cardamom tincture is ready.

Step 4: serve the cardamom tincture.

Cardamom tincture is served chilled, until about - 6 -8 degrees. Just before serving, it can be poured into a carafe. You can decorate a glass with a slice of lime or lemon, and put a couple of mint leaves in the drink itself. Any hot or cold appetizer is suitable for this aperitif. Very often cardamom tincture is added to tea, especially this is practiced in the winter or autumn time of the year. Tincture, stimulates, relaxes and gives the body strength. If you have a cold, after drinking a couple of glasses of such tincture, forget that you could be bothered by a runny nose or a cough. Cardamom tincture is an ideal medicine that brings pleasure. Recipe Tips:

- - Cardamom tincture helps with bloating, but in combination with fennel, ginger, peppermint and bay leaf, such tincture brings even more benefits to the stomach.

- - Cardamom tincture can be made with a touch of citrus, for this, during infusion, add a couple of slices of lemon peel, orange, pomegranate or mandarin to the container with vodka and cardamom.

- - During the preparation of tincture with cardamom, you can not boil the syrup, just pour sugar into boiled water and, stirring completely, dissolve it.
