The size of chopped pieces of onion is arbitrary, the main thing is that they are very small, about 1 on 1 millimeter. Put chopped onions in a plate, helping yourself with a clean hand or knife. We prepare the last, but very important ingredient. We clean the smoked brisket with a knife from the upper highly smoked layer. The salad should be soft and tender and the upper hard layer of smoked meat will be superfluous. Put the tender meat of smoked chicken breast on a cutting board and finely chop it with a knife. The diameter of the sliced ​​meat can be arbitrary, the main thing is that they would be no more than 1 centimeter in width and length. We put the sliced ​​brisket on a plate, helping ourselves with a knife or with a clean hand. We leave the champignons whole, we need these mushrooms to decorate the salad, put them on a plate.
