Then we take out the fat from the freezer and cut it into long and thin layers whose thickness does not exceed 7 mm and the length depends on how long you want to make a roll. Layer of fat weave with a grid directly on the table on the surface, which we previously spread the foil. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Salt the surface of the fat and pepper with three types of pepper black, fragrant and red, put all of the above ingredients to taste. Then we take a frying pan and carefully lay a grid of bacon on it. Just pick up the foil with the net and gently turn it over the pan, the lard will easily move away from the foil. Put the pan in the oven and bake the pork net for 10-12 minutes. Each oven is individual, so watch how the grid is baked, its crust should be rosy, but not very fried, the lard should become soft and fried inside. After this process, we remove the pan from the oven and put it on the stove, which is turned on at a strong level. Now fry the grid on the second side, carefully turning it over with a kitchen spatula. Then we set aside the pan with the burner on and pour the minced meat we prepared on the surface of the grid. We allow the fried fat to cool slightly, and the cheese to melt a little. The fat net is well cooked and quite flexible. We take it and carefully put it on the cutting board with a kitchen spatula, turn the roll, put it back in the pan and put it on 2 - 3 minutes in the oven. During this time, the cheese will melt, and the surface of the roll will be evenly browned. We take out the finished roll from the oven, transfer it with a kitchen spatula to a cutting board and cut it into slices with a knife.
