Cooking chicken breasts with lemon:

Step 2: squeeze the lemon juice.We wash the lemon under running water, wipe it with kitchen towels and put it on a cutting board. The chicken will not be fried for long, since we initially reduced its thickness by half, approximately 5 minutes on the one hand and 5 minutes with another. Turn the pieces over with a wooden kitchen spatula and put the finished ones in a deep plate. Then, add to the pan 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon of olive. And fry the remaining 4 slices in the same way. Next, we remove them in a deep plate, to the already cooked chicken breasts. At the same time, we are in no hurry to put the pan in the sink.
Step 4: prepare the lemon sauce.Next, in the same pan, without reducing the temperature of the stove, prepare the sauce. Add the required amount of dry white wine to the pan, 1 tablespoon butter and our freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir the contents with a wooden spatula for about 3 minutes, and when the sauce begins to thicken, pour over the fried chicken breasts.
Step 5: Serve the chicken breasts with lemon.Saturated with citrus aroma and taste, chicken meat will delight you and your family. This dish is served hot for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
