Cooking chicken roses in the dough:

Step 2: prepare the chicken fillet.

We wash the chicken fillet under running warm water and after that - lay out the ingredient on a cutting board. Using a knife, we clean, if necessary, meat from veins, cartilage and fat. Then cut the component into small pieces, which will then be easier to grind. And to get minced chicken, put pieces of meat in a blender bowl or in a meat grinder. Attention: if you will use the first electric appliance, then be sure to chop the chicken fillet at low speed for a maximum of 1 minutesso that small pieces of chicken remain in the mixture. As for the meat grinder, it is necessary to use it with a fine grill, since in this way the mince will turn out more tender. After that, we transfer the chopped chicken breast into a free deep bowl and for now put it aside.

Step 3: prepare the onion.

First, peel the onion from the husk and immediately after that we rinse the ingredient well under running warm water. We spread the component on a cutting board and, using a knife, finely chop the vegetable. Attention: the smaller we cut the onions, the tastier the chicken roses in the dough will turn out. We chop finely chopped vegetable in a bowl with minced chicken.

Step 4: prepare hard cheese.

Using a medium grater, grind the hard cheese directly into a deep bowl with other chopped ingredients.

We spread the dough on the kitchen table, pre-sprinkled with a small amount of flour. Using a rolling pin, we roll out a test layer from a rectangular dough. Formation thickness should be no more than 0.5-0.7 centimeters. Then, carefully transfer the rectangular cake to the baking paper, so that later it is easier to form a roll. Using a tablespoon, spread ketchup on the surface of the test layer and spread the ingredient well over the entire area of ​​the test. Immediately after that, spread the chicken filling and spread it well over the entire surface of the tortilla. Gently grasping the longer edge of the reservoir, we turn all this beauty into a roll. Cut the finished roll with a knife across into small rolls, approximately 2 centimeters. Cover the surface of the pan with another piece of baking paper. Attention: if the paper is not sufficiently saturated with oil, then with the help of a pastry brush you can grease it with an additional small amount of vegetable oil.
