Pour the vegetable oil into a deep bowl. Then pour the sugar into the same container and with the help of a tablespoon mix the ingredients well until smooth.

Step 4: prepare the flour mixture.

Pour the flour, vanillin and baking powder for the dough into a sieve and, using a tablespoon, mix the ingredients together and sift them in the middle bowl at the same time. This will contribute to the fact that the dough will turn out more airy, tender and without flour lumps.

In the butter-sugar mixture, add peach juice with pulp and mix everything well until smooth with a tablespoon. Then pour the chopped nuts into a bowl with the mixture and again mix everything well with improvised equipment. Step 6: prepare the lean carrot cake.

Lubricate the baking dish with margarine, not forgetting the sides of the container. After that, cover the bottom of the mold with baking paper so that the cake does not burn in the cooking process.
