Ingredients for Stewing Pork Kidneys

Cooking stewed pork kidneys:

Step 1: boil the kidneys.

Rinse the kidneys thoroughly, then bring to a boil in water and rinse again. Such an operation must be done 3 times. This must be done so that the kidneys are easy to cut, and they become much cleaner.

Step 2: Cook the roast.

After washing the carrots and peeling the onions from the husks, we chop, as we like best, I recommend a cube. We also cut the cucumber. Fry the onions with carrots in a pre-heated frying pan and then when our fry begins to acquire a golden hue, pour the cucumbers and simmer for about five minutes.

Step 3: add the kidneys.

After we boil the kidneys, cool them and cut them, cutting all the fatty layers and veins into pieces of medium size in the aisles of two three centimeters in diameter. Then put in a pan with vegetables, add a small amount of water approximately, so that it covers a little, the contents of the pan, salt and pepper. Simmer for about two hours.

Step 4: serve to the table.

Various garnishes of green salads and not only will suit this dish. For example, it goes well with potato dishes and cereals, wheat, buckwheat, and so on. Previously, it can be decorated with parsley. Throw it from the pan into the dish, so that the kidneys are fried and decorate it with greens on top. Enjoy your meal!
