Cooking White Tiger Salad:

Step 1: Pretreatment of vegetables.

Potatoes and carrots must be peeled, washed well, you can cook them in one pan in salted water. It takes about 20 - 25 minutes. Cook hard-boiled eggs. To do this, they need to be placed in a saucepan, completely filled with water and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Then cool them under a stream of cold water. Make lemon juice. You can do this in the following way: wash the lemon, cut in half and steam half the lemon with boiling water, then squeeze the juice into a glass. Wash the onion and cut into small pieces.

Step 2: The second stage of preparation of the ingredients.

Grate potatoes, carrots and eggs on a fine grater in separate plates. Leave one medium potato whole for the head of the tiger. Open a can of fish canned with a special knife and chop its contents with a fork, without draining the oil. Avocados should be washed, peeled with a knife and grated on a coarse grater. Mix pre-prepared lemon juice with chopped avocado pulp. Pickles must also be chopped with a grater.

Step 3: Assembling the salad.

We lay out the salad in the form of a tiger body in layers in a certain sequence on a serving dish: first fish, then potatoes, cucumbers, which we grease with mayonnaise. Next - green onions, avocados, again greased with mayonnaise, then put carrots, eggs, mayonnaise.

Step 4: Make the head of the tiger and decorate the torso.

From the remaining potato we cut out the head: first we make the recesses for the eyes, we cut out the nose of the muzzle, from the scraps we make the ears of the tiger. Eyes can be cut from olives, and the nose from carrots. From olives we cut strips with which to decorate the body. To keep the head well, we will fasten it with a tiger body with toothpicks, then grease it with mayonnaise and decorate with black stripes.

Step 5: Serve the White Tiger Salad.

The last thing you can do to decorate this dish is to put lettuce leaves or parsley around the Tiger. White Tiger salad is usually served for the New Year (symbolizes the Year of the White Tiger), and it can also become a delightful center of any other festive table, which will leave all your relatives and guests in trembling delight. Recipe Tips:

- - It happens that the eggshell crack during cooking. In order to avoid this, a saucer or a small plate can be lowered to the bottom of the pan.
