We thaw the pie sheets.
For the filling, mix well 3 eggs and then add the grated telemeau, bellows cheese and cow's cheese. Mix well until smooth.
Spread a sheet of pie on the table and grease with oil. We put another sheet over. Put 5 tablespoons of filling on half of the sheet. Cover with the other half and gather the sheet like a fan of paper.
Put the "fan" in the oiled pan. Do the same until you cook all the pie sheets and all the filling.
Grease the pie with oil and put in the oven, on the right heat until it browns on top (~ 30 minutes)
Meanwhile, mix the other 3 eggs and add the yogurt and milk and finally the vanilla.
After it has browned, take the pie out of the oven and pour the milk mixture with yogurt.
Bake for another 30 minutes. The pie should be nicely browned.
Let cool and portion.
