Stewed cabbage

An easy dish to make and suitable for a fasting day.

  • 2 sauerkraut
  • 2-3 tablespoons oil
  • pepper

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes


I kept the sauerkraut for about 2 hours in cold water, to desalinate a little. Then I cut it, I put it in a tray with a little oil, pepper, salt, there is no need because it is enough cabbage.

I put the tray in the oven, 180 degrees where it stayed for about 50-60 minutes. From time to time I mixed and added 1-2 tablespoons of water.

Simple and delicious!
