Appetizer cubes with Milk Core, tuna and cheese

Cut the sheets into 24 cubes, add a word of Milk Core and decoram with green parsley leaf and red bell pepper.

Certainly the cubes will disappear quickly in front of the guests, especially if you have a tuiculita before or a cold beer, after ....

It is very good, easy to prepare and very good looking.

  • 4 eggs,

  • 2 tablespoons flour,
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice,

Cake with milk cream and chocolate

As every year, on December 3 we celebrate Emilia's day, so the festive cake is not missing from the table. This year we combined the chocolate cream with the milk one and a wonderful cake came out. the delight of the day.

Wheat: 10 eggs, 8 tablespoons flour, 10 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa
Chocolate cream: 6 eggs, 12 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons milk, 500 ml whipped cream, 100 g dark chocolate
Milk cream: 500 ml milk, 500 ml cream for whipped cream.200 gr sugar, 2 sachets of gelatin, 1/2 vanilla stick
Glaze: 100 g chocolate, 200 g fresh, 1 tablespoon cocoa
Syrup: 2 tablespoons sugar, 200 ml water, rum essence

I have wanted to make this cake for a long time. I finally made it (I couldn't find the right pandispan sheets, but I took some smaller ones). Thanks Laura for this recipe. with a really delicious taste.

Ingredient:
- a package of pandispan, cocoa
Milk cream:
- 1 liter of milk
- 100 g of starch
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 100 g of white chocolate
- 250 g. Butter or margarine at temp. room
- 150 g of powdered sugar
Glaze:
- 200 g. Milk chocolate, broken into pieces
- 5 tablespoons of milk
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 150 g. Butter or margarine
Preparation of milk cream:
Mix the 4 tablespoons sugar + starch. Add the milk (150 ml.) Little by little, like pudding, so as not to make lumps.
The rest of the milk is poured into a saucepan, add the white chocolate, broken into pieces and heat over low heat until it boils, reduce the heat and add the starch mixture, stirring constantly until it thickens. It is thick enough if when we shave the bottom of the pot with a spoon, we can see the bottom of the pot. Let it cool. (I took it out on the balcony to cool it faster, but I mixed it from time to time in the composition so as not to crust on top)
Mix the butter / margarine with the powdered sugar and add in the milk cream. (I added milk cream in margarine mixed with sugar, one tablespoon - I gradually incorporated it)
Icing preparation:
Put all the ingredients in a bain-marie and heat until a cream is obtained. Let cool then mix.
Assemble: 1 countertop sheet, 1 layer of cream, 1 layer of glaze. In a package of pandispan there are 4 sheets, so I put on each the "ingredients" exposed above :)

The first time I said it wouldn't work out. I kind of spilled cream and icing on the cake. but in the end it came out. And what spilled. it wasn't when I wanted to cut. he stared at the teaspoon. :)
