Egg separator, Cutting board, Knife (very sharp), Whisk or fork, Bowls - 3 to 4 pcs., Glass, Tablespoon, Flat plate, Frying pan, Shovel, Kitchen stove, Serving dish or portion plates

Cooking bananas in batter:

Step 1: Separate the whites from the yolks.

Eggs must be washed thoroughly, but at the same time gently, with running water. Place the egg separator on a glass or bowl, break the egg into it, wait until the protein drains, and quickly put the yolk in another bowl. We need protein, but do not throw the yolk, it can come in handy when preparing another dish.

Step 2: Step 2: Cut the bananas.

Peel the bananas, then on the cutting board (the knife must be very sharp, otherwise the bananas may fall apart), cut them into circles or ovals, the thickness of which should be 0.5 - 1 cm.The egg whites will need to be beaten well with either a whisk or a fork.

Step 3: Step 3: Cook the batter.

Combine beaten egg whites with 2 - 3 tablespoons of sugar, mix well and beat again - a white froth should form. Pour the flour into a separate flat plate (do not forget to sift it before use). You can add a little powdered sugar to the flour if desired.

Step 4: Step 4: Fry the bananas in batter.

Roll the banana slices first in the flour, then in the protein with sugar and again in the flour. Heat the vegetable oil in a hot pan, but do not bring it to a boil. Fry the banana slices until a brownish-golden crust forms.

Step 5: Step 5: Cook the caramel cream.

The remaining sugar is useful to us for making caramel. To do this, bring the water (1 cup) in a saucepan to a boil, then pour sugar there. Stir until the sweet mixture is amber. After this procedure, caramel cream is ready.

Step 6: Step 6: Serve the bananas in batter.

Put the fried bananas on a serving plate in the form of a flower or in the form of scales. While the caramel has not cooled, and even less so, pour it over the bananas. Serve this dish in a serving plate or immediately place on a serving plate. Good appetite!

Recipe Tips:

- - When choosing bananas, you need to pay attention to the color and shape of their peel. They should not have brown damage, they should be bright yellow or yellow-green.

- - Caramel will turn out to be especially sweet and tasty if you add a little honey to the saucepan when cooking it.

- - If time is running out, then we will not spend it on making caramel cream, instead of it we will sprinkle bananas in batter with powdered sugar.
